What I Heard From the Baby Monitor

My good husband put my 2 little ones to bed tonight so I could work on plans for our home school Valentine Party on Friday.

The monitor in the kitchen was on.

I could hear my husband (the speech therapist) trying to coax sounds from my nearly non-verbal 19-month-old.

I heard some very sweet sounds.

Most of them were not coming from my little girl!
